Grape Variety : Chardonnay
Soil : Clay and limestone

The Vintage 2004 : Harvest took place at the end of September after a cool and humid Summer with short periods of very hot weather. The "tri", sorting of the grapes was drastic to keep only the very ripe berries.
Tasting : Pale gold colour with green nuances. Very refreshing aromas of green apple and green almond enhanced by a good minerality. Well-balanced and well-structured. Very refreshing with a beautiful aromatic combination. Good minerality and long finish.
Food pairing : Charcuteries, sea-food, fish, snails as well as some goat cheeses.
