Site : In the Northern part of the Côte de Beaune, in the commune of Pernand Vergelesses.

Tasting : Bright gold colour. Floral fragrances mixed with aromas of citrus fruit and fresh honey. Subtle minerality. Well-structured, straightforward and deep. Very pure fruit aromas. Delicate oak note on a well-integrated minerality. Good persistence

Food pairing : Seafood, fish grilled or "en sauce" as well as some mild cheeses.
