Tasting : Bright ruby colour. Aromas of cooked red berries (red-currant) mixed with liquorice and spices. Well-structured, ample and concentrated. Beautiful aromatic combination.

Food pairing : Cooked pork meat "Charcuterie", barbecue and all sorts of mild cheeses.
