Site : In the South of Burgundy, in the Mâconnais. An area located between the communes of Mâcon, Lugny and Tournus.

The Vintage 2009 : After a cold winter and a beautiful spring, the hot summer was interrupted by stormy intervals which fortuitously took place when needed and thus facilitated growth and good maturation of the grapes. Harvest began early September with excellent weather conditions.

Tasting : Pale gold colour. Delicate floral fragrances mixed with honey on a mineral note. Well balanced. Good acidity and subtle minerality. Refreshing aftertaste.

Food pairing : Charcuteries, fish and all sorts of mild cheeses.
