Site : Area of production located in the commune of Fleurie in the Rhône department.

The Vintage 2005 : Exceptional after a superb growing season - cold winter, rainy spring followed by hot and dry summer. Grapes picked at optimum ripeness and in perfect health, hence minimum sorting was required.

Tasting : Ruby red with purple tinges. Intense aromas of red berry jam with a hint of spice. Lively with a well-integrated acidity. Well-balanced, harmonious and generous.

Food pairing : Cooked pork meat "charcuterie", barbecues and all sorts of mild cheeses.
