The Vintage 1999 : Ideal meteorological conditions. Limited pluviometry. Optimal harvest conditions and good maturity of the grapes.
Tasting : Aromas of red berries (black-current), plum, strawberry and raspberry jam. Elegant, delicate and well-balanced. Beautiful tannic structure associated with a subtle oak note.
Food pairing : Poultry, grilled meat or "en sauce" and all the classic cheeses (Epoisses, Langres).
