Site : The area of production is located in the "departements" de Saône et Loire et de Côte d'Or.
The Vintage 2003 : An exceptionally early harvest end of August due to an unusual hot summer. Grapes were extremely well mature with high concentration.
Tasting : Pale gold colour. Floral fragrances enhanced by a mineral note. Crisp, well-balanced and mineral. Very refreshing.
Food pairing : Aperitif, mixed salad, and cooked pork meat "charcuteries".
