Site : The area of production is located in the "departements" de Saône et Loire et de Côte d'Or.

The Vintage 2002 : The harvest took place at the end of September. Excellent weather conditions prevailed in August and September and hence the good quality of the grapes.

Tasting : Pale gold colour. Aromas of citrus fruit and ferm mixed with a mineral note. Minéral, well balanced and refreshing.

Food pairing : Aperitif, mixed salad, and cooked pork meat "charcuteries".
