Site : The area of production covers 39 villages in the Northern part of the Beaujolais region. Among all those villages are the famous 10 "Crus" of the Beaujolais : Moulin à Vent, Chiroubles, Régnié, Chenas, Saint Amour, Fleurie, Morgon, Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly et Julienas.

The Vintage 2006 : The weather at the start of Summer was quite demanding. However, the sun appeared at the end of August and continued throughout September. The harvest commenced in mid-September in perfect conditions.

Tasting : Bright ruby colour . Intense aromas of fresh red berries (red currant and raspberry) mixed with an array of spices Refreshing, well-structured and well-crafted. Liquorice note in the aftertaste.

Food pairing : Cooked pork meat "Charcuterie", regional meals and mild cheeses.
