Site : The area of production covers 39 villages in the Northern part of the Beaujolais region. Among all those villages are the famous 10 "Crus" of the Beaujolais : Moulin à Vent, Chiroubles, Régnié, Chenas, Saint Amour, Fleurie, Morgon, Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly et Julienas.
The Vintage 2005 : Harvest took place in the early days of September after a dry and very hot Summer after a superb growing season - long and cold winter followed by a rainy and humid Spring. Exceptional weather conditions for an exceptional vintage. Full maturation of the grapes and good concentration.
Tasting : Bright ruby colour . Intense aromas of red berries (red currant and raspberry) on a beautiful spicy note Refreshing, well-structured and supple on a liquorice note.
Food pairing : Cooked pork meat "Charcuterie", regional meals and mild cheeses.
